Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Signavio Program Senior Analyst! This hybrid position will be located in Latina, Italy. Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Titusville, New Jersey; Raritan, New Jersey; Toronto, Canada; Latina, Italy; Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium. Alternate locations and Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Signavio Program Analyst to maintain and support our Signavio process management platform. The role focuses on day-to-day system administration, process repository quality, user support and enablement, and close collaboration with process owners and IT to ensure the platform delivers reliable, accurate process documentation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Signavio environment: user accounts, permissions, libraries, templates, and version control.

  • Maintain process repository hygiene: enforce naming conventions, metadata completeness, process ownership, and archival policies.

  • Provide 1st/2nd-line user support for Signavio issues (triage, escalate, track tickets, perform root-cause checks).

  • Apply and manage configuration changes, updates, and platform releases in coordination with IT and the Signavio vendor.

  • Support integrations and data flows (e.g., process mining tools, identity/SSO, reporting platforms) by coordinating with technical teams and validating data consistency.

  • Validate BPMN models and ensure process documentation meets agreed governance and quality standards.

  • Produce and maintain user guides, how‑to articles, admin runbooks, and training materials; deliver periodic training and onboarding sessions.

  • Monitor usage, run regular audits, and produce reports on repository health and adoption metrics.

  • Capture user feedback and support prioritization of enhancements, workflow improvements, and cleanup activities.

  • Support governance processes: assist with change requests, maintain access logs, and help enforce compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree strongly preferred

Experience and skills:

Required:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years experience supporting or administering a process management/Business Process Mapping platform (Signavio experience preferred).

  • Strong working knowledge of process modeling and BPM fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with basic integration concepts (APIs, SSO/identity) and data validation practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience specifically with Signavio Suite (Process Manager, Workflow Accelerator, Process Intelligence).

  • Certifications in BPMN, Signavio, ITIL, or related disciplines.

  • Experience with process-mining, RPA, or analytics tools (e.g., Process Intelligence, Celonis, Power BI).

  • Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments.

Other:

  • Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally; proficiency in German, Dutch, or Italian is helpful

  • May require up to 15% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs

  • Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week, remote work may be available for the right candidate

The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is:

€48,600.00 - €77,395.00

The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are:

Belgium – The anticipated base pay range for this position is EUR72,500– EUR115,230
Ireland– The anticipated base pay range for this position is EUR63,300 – EUR101,315
