Role Title: Patient Assistance Program & Access Intern

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role Type: Full-time

Role Summary

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Patient Assistance Program & Access Intern to join our team in Dubai. This role will be supporting the coordination of our Patient Engagement Program to support access to patients for medicine.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Promote the program via face-to-face visits

  • Ensure the right program positioning

  • Consolidate the HCPs’ asks and follow up with Axios

  • Insights and feedback generation

  • Validation of claims and invoices

  • Cross check monthly reports

  • Iconnect documentation

  • Trackers update

  • Maintain an updated target customers list

  • Support with the monthly report analysis and internal communication

Minimum Requirements

  • BSc in Pharmaceutical Science, Science, Medicine or related discipline.

  • Entry level – no previous experience required. Fresh graduates with strong potential and learning agility will be considered.

  • Language: Arabic and English
