Job Title: Intern (w/m/d) Medical Affairs

Location: Zug, Switzerland

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an intern to join our Medical Affairs Team located in Zug

Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:

As our Intern in Medical Affairs team in Gastroenterology, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to bring therapy to patients who need it most. Fully embedded in the Medical Affairs team, you will contribute to shaping our scientific and educational strategy in this important therapeutic area. Your tasks will be:

  • Support organization of medical affairs-related activities

  • Support the team with end-to-end coordination of MedEd activities (e.g., speaker briefings, invitations, agendas, documentation etc)

  • Prepare and update MedEd support materials for the team (slide decks, attendee lists, feedback summaries) and help track timelines and deliverables

  • Assisting in the creation of scientific communication materials

  • collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scientific training to the field force and help develop a compelling, data-driven medical narrative around our therapy

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

  • A completed bachelor's or ongoing master's degree in life sciences (biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine)

  • Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment

Qualifications - Skills:

  • A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Very good German and English skills, other languages ​​are a plus

  • Able to understand scientific data and to translate these into a practical narrative

  • Team spirit, creativity, proactivity and a strong organizational talent
