About the Role

The Product Director of CAPLYTA Access Marketing is accountable for the development and execution of payer and access marketing strategies, including supporting key wins and innovative pull-through of managed care formulary status. The candidate will develop marketing strategies, direct marketing activities, design & gain approval of promotional materials, and plan & execute promotional programs to support interactions with providers and population health decision makers. The goal being to establish, sustain and optimize our access positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • The individual in this position will have responsibility for shaping the Caplyta market access approach to key customers and accounts and removing market access barriers for patients.

  • Develop local level payer and access marketing strategies that shape perceptions and beliefs in the market.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to train various customer facing teams on the development and strategy behind key assets.

  • Directly support customer-facing roles through by acting as a liaison between brand marketing and field execution of market access pull-through

  • Build strong alliances with all marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners such as Sales, Brand Teams, Strategic Customer Group, Sales Learning & Development, Professional Education, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Agencies, and other key business partners.

  • Drive market access pull-through for Caplyta across Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid channels within a defined geography.

  • Analyze access and reimbursement data to monitor progress and develop plans to improve effectiveness/efficiency.

  • The role will require close collaboration with partners in Customer-facing roles including Field leadership, and cross-franchise marketing to develop plans and tactics for the Caplyta business.

  • The individual will also partner with market research to establish key insights for brand and market.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of business, marketing and/or market access/payer/institutional experience in pharma/biopharma industry is required of which a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated U.S market access marketing with proven performance is required.

  • Neuroscience experience preferred.

  • Candidate must have a demonstrated record of business results, a sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail.

  • Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, proactivity, and communication skills required. Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.

  • Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business sense.

  • Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities.

  • Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and unstructured environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically.

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills required.

This role is based in Titusville NJ and requires up to 25% travel.

The role reports into the Group Director of Market Access -Franchise Strategy and Key Accounts for Caplyta.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
