Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth, customer engagement, and therapy adoption within Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, HEMA, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Regulatory, Clinical, and Regional Marketing to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that improve patient outcomes and accelerate commercial performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, healthcare marketing expertise, analytical capabilities, and leadership skills to successfully manage product portfolios leading the launch of new and disruptive technologies and market development activities in a highly regulated and competitive environment.

Also, manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develops Product Management policies and procedures, lifecycle management and oversees major product launches.

- Collaborates with multiple teams on product marketing and develops innovations, features, and product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.

- Defines the Product Management strategy, streamlines team operations, and translates stakeholder requirements and expectations into new products.

- Facilitates risk assessments and analysis of market conditions to determine business strategies that anticipate market trends and consumer behavior and increase company market share.

- Drive market development initiatives to increase therapy awareness, adoption, and procedural growth.

- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.

- Lead annual marketing planning, forecasting, A&P budgeting, and performance tracking processes.

- Collaborates with regional stakeholders to localize strategies and ensure execution excellence.

- Support physician education programs, scientific congresses, workshops, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement activities.

- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

- Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Qualifications/Experience

- University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, MBA degree preferred.

- 8 or more years of leadership experience in commercial/Marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving business results in challenging business environments.

- Previous background in Medica Devices

- Previous experience with product launches

- Previous experience with S&OP

- Previous people management experience.

- Marketing acumen and demonstrated ability to shape our marketing strategy

- Fluency in English
