About the internship
As a leading healthcare company, we offer motivated students the opportunity to learn and grow in an innovative and dynamic environment. In this 6‑month internship, you will work alongside scientists and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on exposure to the key activities that turn a drug concept into a medicine. You will contribute to real projects, learn how decisions are made in a regulated industry, and develop scientific and professional skills in an international setting.

We are looking for YOU – Scientific Drug Development Internship (6 months) – 2026

What you will learn / what you will do
During your internship, you will gain insight into and support typical scientific activities across drug development, such as:

Supporting the planning, execution, and documentation of development activities under guidance of experienced scientists.
Learning the fundamentals of pharmaceutical development depending on team focus.
Assisting with data analysis, interpretation of results, and preparation of summaries and scientific presentations.
Contributing to technical documentation in line with quality and compliance expectations (e.g., , reports, controlled documents).
Collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., data management, Operations) to understand end-to-end development and lifecycle management.
Participating in team meetings, learning project ways of working, and proposing ideas for continuous improvement.
What you should bring

Strong interest in science and how medicines are developed (pharma/biotech industry interest).
Currently in (or recently completed) education in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biology, chemical engineering, biomedical sciences or similar)—adapt as appropriate to your program.
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work carefully and reliably.
Structured way of working and attention to detail (data integrity mindset).
Team spirit and proactive communication in an international environment.
Comfortable with common digital tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); interest in data analysis is a plus.
Language skills: English required;
