We are searching for the best talent for Quality Excellence Associate to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina.

For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.

As a Quality Excellence Associate, you will:

  • Oversee the equipment qualification process and the validation of software systems, ensuring alignment with governing procedures.

  • Review and approve qualification and validation documentation (e.g., User Requirements, test protocols, traceability matrices), ensuring compliance with procedural standards, regulatory and data integrity requirements.

  • Act as the Quality counterpart to technical functions (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, Automation) to support the resolution of issues and questions arising during equipment and system implementations or upgrades.

  • Participate as a team member in risk assessments to support the identification and definition of critical aspects of equipment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Master Degree in CTF, Chemistry, Biology or Engineering or equivalent

  • Organizational skills are required

  • Problem solving attitude

  • Fluency in Italian is required

  • Fluency in English is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€29,800.00 - €48,530.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
