Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Manage, Resource Decision Support to join our team located in Beerse, Belgium, Raritan, Spring House or Titusville USA.
The Manage, Resource Decision Support is a member of the BGIA Portfolio, Performance and Resource organization and will serve as the single point of contact for algorithm development, unit testing, data mining, data visualization, and analysis as a support function to the Capacity Managers and RDS colleagues.
Acting as a technical advisor to the Capacity Management and Resource Decision Support team, the Manager role will provide non-customer-facing activities such as algorithm development, data extraction and analysis, data inputting/importing, change request remediation, and data quality checks and clean-up. This role will support the Resource Systems Lead and partner with Capability Management and IT, managing the various Planisware resourcing responsibilities for RDS.
A technical/logical and analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as a team are critical skills for a successful Manager in Resource Decision Support.
Responsibilities:
Understand the supported Capacity Manager's functional needs and designs to develop algorithms to address FTE demand and Out-of-pocket expenditures.
Partner with the Capacity Managers in evaluating proposed modeling, process, analyses, or visualization changes
Collaborate with peers to develop and implement new analytics and visualizations
Continually assess data quality and recommend options for improvement
Execute, or coordinate if beyond, access rights, required technical changes in Planisware and integrated planning platforms
Research technical issues and change requests with follow-up from/to ticket owners and provide thorough testing to ensure resolution.
Manage the timelines of release cycles, environment refreshes, batch runs and related documentation and communications
Investigate and implement newly innovative designs and methodologies, such as redesign of departmental SharePoint site, algorithm approach, AI and data mining.
Participate in cross department and PPR special initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications:
Candidates should have:
B.S degree or equivalent work experience is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, prior experience in a planning/forecasting role is preferred
General end to end drug development knowledge is required
Knowledge of Planisware and Tableau is a plus
Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (including a high proficiency with generating pivot tables), and Power Point, and have strong oral and written communication skills. Additional technical competencies in SharePoint are highly desirable.
An expert in analytical and data-visualization skills are required (e.g., experience with analyzing data trends, historical trends, data mining, simulation, optimization, predictive modeling, etc.).
Demonstrated high learning agility and problem-solving capabilities required
Demonstrated track record of strong collaboration across geographies and functions
Innovative thinking, willingness to experiment and challenge the status quo in the pursuit of optimal, data driven, decision making

$117,000.00 - $201,250.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected base pay range for this position is 117,000 to 201,250 USD.This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
