Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Sr Project Manager, AI Literacy & Adoption. This position has a primary location of Titusville, NJ but is also open to Springhouse, PA; New Brunswick, NJ; Boston, MA; Hyderabad, India and Spain. This position will require up to 25% travel.

About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Knowledge & Literacy Lead, who will be responsible for sourcing, curating, distributing, and promoting insights across the organization to ensure knowledge flows freely and effectively. This role will develop engaging newsletters, summaries, and resources that build confidence in AI and support its adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, curate and distribute AI insights through newsletters, summaries, and pathways to ensure broad access across teams.
Develop and maintain a knowledge-sharing framework that promotes cross-functional collaboration and prevents siloed information.
Build a shared language around AI concepts and explain them in different formats and to different audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted content to address them.
Continuously improve knowledge dissemination methods using digital tools and innovative formats.
Qualifications:
A minimum education level or a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences is required.
Digital literacy and experience with knowledge-sharing platforms and tools.
Strong presentation skills, particularly to senior-level stakeholders is required.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross-functional teams is required.
Digital savviness in sharing information and leveraging digital tools for communication is required.
Passion for fostering organizational learning and confidence in AI.
