DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Learning Admin / Help Desk, located in Manila, Philippines. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Job Overview

This role supports the day‑to‑day delivery of learning programs by serving as a first‑line Learning Administration and Help Desk resource. The Analyst ensures a smooth learner experience by administering learning systems, resolving access and enrollment issues, coordinating training logistics, and maintaining accurate learning records. This position plays a critical role in enabling workforce readiness and compliance across DePuy Synthes by ensuring employees can access the right training at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary learning help desk contact, responding to learner and manager inquiries related to training access, enrollment, completions, and system navigation.

  • Administer learning management systems (LMS), including course assignments, session scheduling, roster management, and completion tracking.

  • Troubleshoot basic learning system issues and escalate more complex technical problems to appropriate support teams.

  • Coordinate logistics for instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, including communications, materials, attendance tracking, and post‑training follow‑up.

  • Maintain accurate learning records, reports, and documentation to support audits, compliance, and business reporting needs.

  • Support onboarding and recurring training programs by ensuring timely learner assignments and completion monitoring.

  • Prepare standard reports and dashboards related to training participation, completion status, and learner feedback.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning administration processes, templates, and knowledge‑base materials.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Coursework or certification related to Learning & Development, HR Operations, or Learning Systems Administration.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in learning administration, HR operations, shared services, or a help desk/support environment.

  • Experience providing customer support via ticketing systems, email, or chat in a professional environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (e.g., enrollment, reporting, troubleshooting).

  • Familiarity with training coordination, virtual learning platforms, or HR systems.

  • Experience working in a global or shared services environment.

  • Ability to identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes to non‑technical users.
