Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain., the #1 company in the Spanish pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a Finance Analyst – FP&A to join our Controlling / Business Unit Finance team in Madrid.
We are a high-performing team of finance professionals focused on business partnering, supporting commercial business units, and delivering strong technical financial expertise. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic decision-making while building a strong foundation in finance.
About the Role
As a Finance Analyst – FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through financial insights and analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to local functions, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports (sales, OPEX, brand spend, structural costs)
- Support accurate month-end closing in collaboration with the Accounting team
- Assist with operating procedures, compliance, and internal audit requirements
- Identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities across processes
- Provide financial insights to support growth, profitability, and compliance
- Contribute to ongoing projects and collaborate with internal and external finance stakeholders
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar finance/analyst role
- Experience using digital tools (AI, Power BI) and financial systems
