Job Description:

1. Responsible for in-country JJSV Quality & Regulatory compliance including compliance to the Franchise. Position will partner with JJSV Franchises Quality, Regional Quality and the Johnson & Johnson Enterprise quality organization to drive improvements in quality and compliance.

2. Responsible for the management of on-site external agency audits to ensure maintenance of licenses and standards. Position will lead, coordinate and prepare for external audits. Position will partner with global groups and Enterprise Regulatory Compliance (ERC) group to drive improvements in quality and compliance. Proactively monitors, analyzes and improves all aspects of quality compliance in order to drive the Total Customer Experience.

3. Responsible for NPI management, NC/CAPA management, Escalation, local recall/ Field action management.

4. Support other duties including PMS management,supplier management and distributor management.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager
