Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, responsible for the Immunology portfolio.

In this role, you will develop and execute brand strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver strong business results while upholding Johnson & Johnson’s standards for ethics, compliance, and patient-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of portfolio strategy and brand plans in alignment with business objectives.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain) to develop and deliver integrated go-to-market plans.

  • Generate insights through market research, customer engagement, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and anticipate market dynamics.

  • Define clear product positioning, value proposition, and messaging aligned with scientific evidence and customer needs.

  • Track performance using agreed KPIs; analyze drivers and recommend corrective actions to optimize outcomes.

  • Lead launch excellence and lifecycle management, ensuring readiness across stakeholders and high-quality execution.

  • Support Commercial Excellence initiatives, including validation, recertification, and sustainment of business excellence standards.

  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and Johnson & Johnson standards (including Healthcare Compliance and Corporate Business Integrity).

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports with strong financial discipline and timely submission.

  • Contribute to the annual planning and budgeting cycle, including updates and performance reviews.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Medicine or Life Sciences.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in product/brand management within a multinational pharmaceutical company, including 1–2 years at a similar level.

  • Demonstrated success in product launch and lifecycle management, with measurable business impact.

  • Strong analytical capabilities; able to translate insights and data into clear strategies and recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate across functions.

  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in Immunology and/or specialty care is strongly preferred.

Other:

  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.

  • Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.
