职位概述

教育经理负责在DPS中国范围内设计、整合并交付端到端的商业与专业教育解决方案。该岗位聚焦打造可规模化的商业培训与专业教育项目,结合商业实战能力、领导力发展及数字化学习产品。同时与业务及人力资源团队密切协作,确保学习项目能够推动能力提升并产生业务影响

主要职责

一、商业与专业培训
识别DPS中国范围内商业、销售管理及专业教育需求;设计结构化能力框架与课程体系,覆盖商业卓越、销售管理及岗位专业能力;开发并交付高质量的面授、线上及混合式学习项目;通过明确学习目标、实战导向设计、评估机制及训后强化确保培训效果;支持高潜人才发展及一线销售人才项目。

二、数字化学习及教育产品设计
将学习需求与业务需求转化为清晰的数字化学习产品规划与路线图;设计以用户为中心的学习体验,包括微课、在线学习模块及混合式学习路径;建立验证、测试与反馈机制,确保学习项目的应用与效果;探索并引入新技术(如AI个性化学习、数据驱动推荐)以提升学习体验。

三、跨职能协同与项目交付
与BU业务负责人、人力资源/人才发展团队、IT/数字化团队及外部供应商紧密合作;管理从方案设计到落地的全流程交付,确保高质量用户体验;跟踪项目进度、范围、预算及关键沟通。

四、评估与持续优化
建立并实施评估体系,用于衡量学习应用情况、能力提升及业务影响;收集学员反馈及学习数据,持续优化内容设计及数字化解决方案;推动DPS中国学习体系与能力发展路径的长期优化。

任职资格

教育背景:本科及以上学历,工商管理、教育、数字技术、人力资源或相关专业优先。

工作经验:5-8年相关经验,涵盖商业能力发展、销售培训、领导力发展或数字学习/教育产品设计;有商业或销售驱动型组织经验优先;具备产品思维、用户体验设计或数字学习平台经验者优先;有骨科或医疗器械行业背景优先。

核心能力

深入理解商业能力建设及成人学习原理;具备数字化产品思维及用户导向体验设计能力;具备结构化问题解决及项目管理能力;优秀的沟通、引导与利益相关方管理能力;兼具战略思维与执行力;对人才发展、学习创新及业务影响评估充满热情;具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力。

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
