DePuy Synthes is recruiting for Sr. Congress Coordinator ~ Congress Specialist, located in Seoul, Korea.
Sr. Congress Coordinator ~ Congress Specialist is responsible for the end-to end management of DePuy Synthes local congress sponsorship including booth, advertisement and related hands-on training preparation, execution and post follow up.
Aligned with the BU strategy, this role is to cover overall preparation/management of local sponsorship management, including pre & post documentation, logistics handling in accordance with HCC guide and KMDIA regulation as well as to lead communication with medical societies and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all DePuy Synthes local sponsorship applications, participation and post-event follow-up in a timely manner.
- Manage part-timers to collaborate booth/hands-on preparation.
- Support Manager with logistics and executions of related activities.
- Ensure proper management of required logistics/documents with strong accountability.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with HCC guidelines and KMDIA regulation.
- Manage transparency report
Qualifications
- Well organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability of manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role or within the healthcare industry
- This position may also be hired at the Sr. Coordinator level, with candidates having 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in English
