We are looking for the best talent for Deliver Partner Management Lead LATAM
Purpose: The Deliver Americas Partner Management Supervisor supports the execution of the regional governance model for external logistics partners across Latin America, including 3PLs, carriers, and other logistics providers. This role focuses on driving consistent operational routines, monitoring partner performance, and supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement activities across the network. The Supervisor works closely with Site Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to ensure that partner performance aligns with service, cost, and compliance expectations. The role is part of the Americas Regional Operations Platform and supports the Partner Operations capability by ensuring day-to-day governance, performance tracking, and execution discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Partner Governance & Performance Management: Support consistent governance routines, performance reviews, and KPI tracking to ensure alignment with service, cost, quality, and compliance expectations.
- Drive Contract Execution & Operational Excellence: Translate contractual commitments into measurable operational outcomes and support disciplined execution across partners.
- Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely issue resolution.
- Advance Continuous Improvement: Identify performance gaps, support corrective actions, and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service outcomes.
- Support Partner Lifecycle Management: Contribute to onboarding, transitions, and stabilization activities to ensure operational readiness and continuity.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in logistics, operations, or supplier/partner management
- Experience working with 3PLs or external service providers
- Understanding of operational KPIs and performance tracking
Preferred / Plus
- Experience in Latin America operations
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, healthcare)
