We are looking for the best talent for Demand Planning Lead, Brazil & South LATAM
Purpose: The Demand Planning Coordinator will coordinate regional forecasting activities for the LATAM Surgical business, driving forecast accuracy, demand visibility, and alignment between Commercial and Supply Chain organizations. This role plays a critical part in IBP governance and business decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regional demand planning and forecasting processes across LATAM
- Facilitate monthly demand review and IBP routines
- Challenge assumptions and develop data-driven demand scenarios
- Analyze forecast performance and identify root causes for deviations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for MAPE and forecast bias
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams
- Support launch planning and portfolio management activities
- Develop dashboards and reporting for executive visibility
- Improve baseline forecasting models and event management processes
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with statistical forecasting methodologies
- Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge
- Experience with SAP/APO/IBP or equivalent planning systems
- Fluent English, Spanish required and Portuguese
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Nice to have:
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
- Experience in MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG industries
- Experience with advanced forecasting tools
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or data analytics
- Experience with scenario planning and IBP transformations
