We are looking for the best talent for Sales Force Excellence Lead

Purpose: Ensures sales enablement and effectiveness by coordinating the integration of industry-leading sales management systems and defining sales enablement tools that ensure the Sales Effectiveness area has access to valuable customer insights and is well-equipped with product and procedural knowledge. Maintains an advanced knowledge of innovative sales and marketing strategies, sales channels and pipelines, and consumer decision-making processes in order to identify consumer behaviors and formulate engaging sales tactics that support sales enablement objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales effectiveness plans to drive product adoption and accelerate growth.
  • Design and enhance sales enablement tools and resources to improve sales force productivity.
  • Analyze sales systems, forecasts, and business models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate sales performance initiatives, including training, reporting, and incentive programs.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and benchmark performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to optimize sales performance frameworks and processes.
  • Coach and support junior team members while promoting alignment with organizational values and leadership principles.

Job requirements:

  • University degree in administration, finance or related areas.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales enablement strategies, sales management systems, and customer insights to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance, conduct forecasting, and assess business impact.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align sales processes with organizational objectives.
