Role overview
Scientific experts responsible for discussing the Company products, patients’ treatment trends and studies in the therapeutic areas in which the Company is involved.
Jointly responsible for supporting optimal patient outcomes through communication of data, information, knowledge and insights in support of HCP needs and company goals.
To support the quality use of the Company products through clinically relevant and scientifically robust interactions with leading specialists as a trusted scientific partner
General Roles & Responsibilities
Keep abreast of medical and scientific knowledge.
Develop and maintain a contact network with key opinion leaders or leading specialists and communicate actively and reactively medical scientific data (including responding to medical information inquiries).
Gain valuable insight through scientific interactions into treatment patterns, and scientific activities in the portfolio, franchise or therapeutic area and provide input to company Medical Affairs Plan / business decision-making.
Champion medical benefits of products and contribute to foster innovative therapeutic approaches to benefit patients through scientific interactions with leading specialists.
Organize/coordinate Medical Education activities or Advisory Boards in cooperation with Medical Affairs Leaders
Provide scientific support to company cross-functional colleagues such as training, scientific communication with leading specialists.
Role requirements
Tertiary education with a medical, pharmacy or science degree, Masters, PhD or doctoral preferred.
Prefer at least 2 years of experience in the relevant sector/ industry.
Good knowledge of the therapeutic area with strong scientific acumen and communication skills.
