Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Marketing Intern, located in Istanbul, Turkey.

Activities:

The intern will be supporting the following activities:

· Assisting the CVTL (Country Value Team Lead) in preparing and executing marketing activities for Neuroscience portfolio in coordination with sales and medical teams.

· Collaborating with relevant CVT (Country Value Team) members to ensure the effective implementation of brand plans on various topics.

· Support the material approval process with creative agencies and vendors, ensuring agility and responsibility in the process.

· Support the monitoring the utilization of marketing materials by the sales force team to assess the effectiveness of key message delivery strategically.

· Developing, implementing, and monitoring new CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) materials in close collaboration with the brand team.

· Supporting the CVTL (Country Value Team Lead) to enhance insight generation and develop relevant solutions through existing BI tools, the sales force team, and conducting market research studies.

· Help on tracking brand performance through IQVIA and Ex-factory sales data and comparing it to among financial forecast periods on a monthly and quarterly basis.

· Support the contacts and engagement with external stakeholders, including creative and Public Relation agencies, HCP (Health Care Professional) associations, Key Opinion Leaders, clinicians, and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

· You must be enrolled at University now to 1 year at least

· Student in Business Administration/Economics

· Marketing enthusiasm is a must: The ideal candidate should be passionate and enthusiastic about marketing, demonstrating a genuine interest in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

· Strong communication and presentation skills: Effective communication is essential in this role to collaborate with cross-functional teams, Fluency in English and Turkish
