Job Description:

Biosense Webster, a division of Johnson & Johnson Medical, is recognized worldwide as a leader in the science behind the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. We are looking for a Clinical Lead for our BW Sales Organization in Spain.

Within the Sales Organization, the Clinical Lead is responsible for providing the highest technical/clinical level within the Organization, supporting Customers and the Clinical Account Specialists structure in any product related issue and assuring the highest level of competency of the team. For that end, the Clinical Lead is also responsible for coordinate and/or implement the training programs needed by the field team, in coordination with the Marketing department.

The Clinical Lead will be the reference for customers and internal collaborators in every technical/clinical related issue. It will also provide field support in specific type of procedures or customers within the their assigned area assuring the highest level of satisfaction from them.

The Clinical Lead will collaborate with marketing in the launches of new technology acting as train of trainers when needed and helping to accelerate the training of the field team and penetration of this kind of products.

Responsibilities/functions:

The Clinical Lead is accountable for these key priorities:

  • Supervise, motivate, lead, and give support to the sales force –Clinical Specialists– and participate regularly in selection and training.

  • Collaborate in the development of the sales plan.

  • Define objectives for their clinical specialists.

  • Provide Clinical support to customers and other team members

  • Implement the product strategy and roadmap

  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products or novel approaches

  • Coordinate and implement training activities

  • Analyzes customer feedbacks and Market conditions. Recommends specific sales plans and new products launch coordination.

  • Collaboration in marketing activities and assure implementation

  • Identify business opportunities

Profile requirements:

Required:

  • 10 years of relevant experience with Cardiac Navigation Systems

  • Training experience in Electrophysiology

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills

  • Proven ability to effectively manage (directly or indirectly) relationship with Sales, areas of support and/or Marketing Organization

  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Ability to work in cross functional teams and across a matrix organization

  • Fluent English, both verbal and written

  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently.

Preferred:

  • Proficient in Carto3 and associated mapping tools and catheters from Biosense Webster

  • Master’s degree or minimum equivalence through experience

  • Validated customer facing sales experience

  • Project management experience preferably with BW technology, solutions and/or systems development

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€44,500.00 - €70,725.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
