Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

ITC Manager - is responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations of end‑to‑end Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) processes, including cash applications, credit management, collections, and dispute resolution, for assigned businesses, clusters, or markets. The role focuses on optimizing cash flow, reducing financial risk, and ensuring consistent delivery of I2C performance targets.

The Manager leads a team of Team Leads and/or individual contributors and partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Orthopaedics business. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Orthopaedics at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo

Maintain Operational Excellence

  • Deliver operational results / KPIs as per targets (e.g. DSO; AR Aging; WOs; RDAs; Unapplied Cash)

  • Manage senior stakeholders and Business Partners in achieving targets and commitments.

  • Oversight – provides direction, guidance, and collections strategies to the GI2C – Collections portfolio of a specific region.

  • Supports and provides expertise for business partnering (Finance, Customer service, logistics, FP&A, Pricing etc.)

  • Dispute escalation – manage customer inquiries and provide resolution. Business partnering with CLS and other groups on updates and problem resolution.

  • Influences based on evidence-based decision making.

  • Identifies gaps, builds technical and analytical capabilities, solution oriented.

Talent Management

  • Attracts, develops, and retains talent.

  • Has a strategic talent mindset and manages talent, onboarding, trainings, and coaching.

Be a Trusted Business Partner

  • Drives change leadership.

  • Sets the tone and ensures strong compliant environment.

  • Business partnering with CS/Deliver and BU/Commercial teams for a given region/sector, in order to provide updates and resolve problems.

  • Frequent internal company and external customer contacts.

Create Game-Changing Innovation

  • Ensures Invoice to Cash Organization is adhering to established processes and policies.

  • Performance management – conducts performance reviews and team meetings.

  • Designs and implements DE&I talent strategy.

Qualifications:

Education

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.

  • CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred.

Required

  • Generally, requires more than 8 Years of relevant Work Experience.

  • At least 4 years of Management / Supervisory experience is preferred.

  • Ensures compliance with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities.

  • Drives strategic imperatives that improve cash flow and mitigate risk.

  • Present results and strategies to senior leadership.

  • Influences and champions strategy and solutions.

  • Ability to frame clear & concise communication across all relevant stakeholders.

  • Ready to be responsible for delivering results. Comfortable accepting stretch goals and willing to make decisions even in ambiguous situations or with limited information.

Preferred

  • Experience from BPO or shared services center of a multinational corporation and even local companies with relevant experience.

  • Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities.

Other

  • Candidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments.
