We are searching for the best talent for this Regional Product Manager Position, based in São Paulo, Mexico City or Bogotá

The Regional Product Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategy and resources for pipeline and key inline assets, which are part of the Immunology portfolio. They coordinate strategic initiatives for the marketing area and streamlines operations and marketing activities. This role reports to the Immunology Regional Commercial Director.

The candidate will primarily:

  • Lead the regional Immunology disease area cross-functional core team within the broader Integrated Brand Value Team (IBVT)

  • Propel initiatives for the Strategic Marketing team, implement outstanding marketing strategies, policies, and tools, while analyzing impact of initiatives within specified timelines

  • Connect with global colleagues to effectively provide awareness of local needs in such way that results in Global plans and resources considering and integrating LATAM priorities

  • Partner with Country Value Team Leaders (CVTLs) and local product managers to identify regional programs that support the TA and promote best-practice-sharing within LATAM

  • Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the co-creation of the regional key-inline brand strategy with IBVT and CVT members

  • Forecast pipeline brands for Long Range Financial Plan

  • Develop strategic plans for pipeline assets (and/or indications) to guide market shaping initiatives needed to prepare for launches

  • Collaborate with IBVT to analyze opportunities for anticipated regulatory filings in region

  • Evaluate and prioritize pipeline assets (and/or indications) per cluster for launch recommendations to local leaders

  • Develop Business Cases for pipeline products to evaluate commercial opportunities in region

  • Lead kick off meetings for launch products in the region and Launch excellence discussions with clusters

  • Partner with the local operating companies and global colleagues for material development, market research, advisory board execution, and go-to-market evaluations

  • Deliver and update Brand Books with core strategy, messaging platform, and tactics

  • Identify product-specific regional growth initiatives and provide collaboration, networking and support to operating companies in their execution

  • Manage regional brand budget and identifying cost efficiencies

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS required

  • Confirmed healthcare acumen, shown through +5 years of experience in pharmaceutical strategic marketing

  • Strategic thinker, with proven abilities in problem-solving and strategic analysis

  • Communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Excels at connecting with others

  • Interpersonal awareness

  • Value-based leadership skills

  • Creative, innovative, and agile attitude

  • Autonomy & accountability

  • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity, and strong sense of responsibility

  • Advanced/Fluent level of English
