About the Role

It's an exciting time to be part of J&J Neuroscience! With a growing portfolio, we continue to strengthen our presence in the CNS space and advance care for patients living with serious mental illness. As Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in this journey — developing and implementing marketing strategies across the Neuroscience portfolio, engaging healthcare professionals through a blend of traditional promotion, digital omnichannel engagement, and emerging technologies. You will work with cross-functional partners and external vendors to bring innovative solutions to the Canadian market.

If you are passionate about making a difference for patients in the CNS space and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

· Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned Neuroscience brands, from pre-launch market shaping through to in-market optimization and lifecycle management

· Customer Engagement: Build and implement engagement strategies for healthcare professionals across therapeutic segments, recognizing the distinct needs, channels, and decision drivers of different customer groups

· Omnichannel & Emerging Tech: Design, execute, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns that integrate traditional promotional tactics with digital engagement, and emerging marketing technologies

· Cross-Portfolio Coordination: Collaborate with Neuroscience portfolio team members to ensure strategic alignment across brands and pipeline assets, improving franchise-level impact

· Vendor & Agency Management: Lead relationships with external agencies and partners — managing scopes, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure quality execution

· Insights & Analytics: Analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and make data-driven adjustments to strategy

· Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Patient Engagement, and Communications, and other teams to align on strategy and ensure compliant execution in accordance with J&J policies, PAAB, and IMC/HCC codes

· Field Force Excellence: Serve as the face of assigned brands to the Sales team — develop training materials, product messaging, and promotional tools to ensure field alignment and effectiveness

· Financial Management: Build and monitor sales forecasts, manage the OPEX budget, and contribute to financial reviews and scenario planning

· Market Research: Lead market research initiatives to deepen understanding of the patient journey, HCP needs, and competitive landscape in the CNS/mental health space

· Digital & omnichannel expertise — experience designing and implementing integrated omnichannel campaigns, with comfort employing digital tools and emerging marketing technologies

· Vendor & agency management — proven experience managing external agencies, research vendors, and/or consulting partners, including scope and budget oversight

· Analytical skills — ability to synthesize market data, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategies and pivot quickly
