We are searching for the best talent for this Learning and Development Platform Lead, based in São Paulo, Mexico City or Bogotá.

Position Overview: Oversee the management, optimization, and innovation of J&J Learning Platforms and technologies while driving content creation, automation, and seamless integration across the learning ecosystem in partnership with IT, ensuring an engaging and efficient learning experience for field force teams in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manager learning platforms (LMS, LXP, LCMS), including J&J Learn, Summit, Axonify, ensuring platform stability, availability, and optimal user experience

  • Lead learning systems integration, automations, and continuous improvement in collaboration with IT teams

  • Scout and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, game-based learning, virtual role-play) to innovate and enhance the L&D ecosystem

  • Drive automation initiatives across learning platforms to streamline processes such as learner registration, course assignment, roster management, and reporting

  • Establish process, publish, organize, and maintain learning content on platforms according to defined guidelines for the centralized training library

  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor platform usage, program outcomes, and engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with IT to define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring platform enhancements align with organizational goals and emerging learning trends

  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and support for L&D teams and learners to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness

  • Ensure platforms adhere to data privacy, security standards, and organizational compliance requirements

  • Manage vendor relationships and SLAs for learning platform services and content development, including supervision of metrics, workload and performance for tickets services.

  • Learning Platform Management (LMS/LXP/LCMS)

  • Instructional Design & Content Development

  • Automation & Systems Integration

  • Learning Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience managing learning platforms (LMS, LXP, LCMS), including reinforcement, certification solutions, and scalable content creation (e.g., J&J Learn, Summit, Axonify)

  • Familiarity in APIs, integrations, automation, and user experience design; experience collaborating with IT teams on platform roadmaps

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills; analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making;

  • Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
