THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Product Manager (SPM) for Carvykti is accountable for leading the end-to-end commercial strategy, launch execution, and ongoing optimisation of a highly specialised cell therapy within a complex and regulated healthcare environment.

This role drives the development and delivery of the brand strategy, including launch planning, omnichannel engagement, referrer strategy while ensuring alignment across cross functional teams such as Medical, Market Access, Operations, and Patient Experience. The SPM acts as the central integrator across local, regional, and global stakeholders to deliver a seamless, complaint, and patient centric experience.

The SPM plays a critical role in setting the strategic direction and brand priorities for this first-in-class CAR T. The position is critical to the organisation as it directly influences the launch trajectory of Carvykti by shaping strategy, customer engagement, enabling field excellence, and ensuring all activities are delivered in line with governance and compliance frameworks.

This is an NSW-based role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shape the brand strategy and bring it to life through execution
  • Lead the Carvykti brand plan across launch readiness, omnichannel engagement, and referrer strategy.
  • Drive excellence across commercial planning, including business planning and forecasting.
  • Bring local and regional cross-functional teams together around shared priorities.
  • Partner across Medical, Market Access, Operations, and Patient Experience to deliver coordinated, compliant execution.
  • Help drive launch success and adoption in a fast-paced, highly complex environment.
  • Deliver key commercial initiatives that support uptake within the complex CAR T treatment ecosystem.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are delivered in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

ABOUT YOU

Required Skills or qualifications that are critical to this position

  • Strong strategic leadership in fast paced, complex environments
    Ability to develop and execute brand strategy in a highly specialised, multi‑stakeholder setting (e.g. CAR‑T, hospital pathways, government interface).
  • Cross‑functional collaboration & influence
    Proven capability to align Medical, Market Access, Operations, and regional/global stakeholders to deliver coordinated, compliant outcomes
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify practical, high‑impact solutions
  • Excellent analytical capability
  • Track record of interpreting complex information to inform sound recommendations
  • Launch experience in complex or specialty products, with proven ability to lead launch planning, readiness, and execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent and demonstrable command of communicating verbally and in written form

Preferred experience

  • Deep or developing expertise in product and Haematology therapeutic area
  • Ability to engage credibly with opinion leaders and support appropriate use of cell therapies/precision medicine
