Purpose:

The Cardiovascular Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth. Manages a team in a matrix environment and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Collaborates with multiple departments on internal strategies and supports organizational objectives and business goals. Manages initiatives, timelines, approvals, and plans. Demonstrated leadership capability including the ability to lead and manage through change with a track record of success working within a matrix organizational environment, as well as enterprise mindset decision-making. Directs activities for strategic initiatives and serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals in dedicated territory.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and ensure timely adjustments to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and operational goals.

Team Leadership and Performance Management

  • Manage a team of managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
  • Lead and manage through organizational change, ensuring team alignment with new strategies and processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with multiple departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to develop cohesive strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Drive the execution of organizational initiatives and ensure effective communication of timelines and expectations.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes that reflect an enterprise mindset and promote organizational success.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at key meetings, fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure clarity and alignment on objectives and priorities.

Project and Initiative Management

  • Direct and oversee activities for strategic initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and approvals.
  • Ensure all plans are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor progress, provide updates to leadership, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Acquired University Degree (preferably Technical, Biomedical or Medical background).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving distributor performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, native level of Polish.
  • Ability to travel, mainly locally and sometimes in neighboring countries.
  • Driving license.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

zł209,000.00 - zł336,950.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
