Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Financial Analyst.

Purpose:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Services (GS) FP&A to be located in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Global Services organization, specifically the Procurement function. You will lead the Global Procurement consolidation process, tracking the organization's financial performance and contributing to financial reporting strategies by leveraging information from various key partners. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong business partnering skills, ability to navigate and manage complexity and proven leadership capabilities.

You will be responsible for:

  • This role will be a key business partner to Global Services functional leadership (BUF), providing financial leadership, guidance, and support
  • Lead the Global Procurement financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results, partnering closely with Global Functions & Regional Teams
  • Prepare and present consolidated financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate Procurement consolidations of global inputs from Regional FP&A Team
  • Serve as the Procurement FFL (Functional Finance Lead) and have responsibility to submit robust commentary and framing to Enterprise Finance
  • Perform variance analysis, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Leverage key systems (AFO, TM1, BRAVO) to facilitate creation of robust financial analytics and drive consistent reporting
  • Support continuous improvement activities for standardization, simplification, and automation
  • Partner closely with Global Functions, GS BUF Finance & Regional FP&A teams

Qualifications / Requirements:

Required:

· 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance

· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related degree

· Relationship-building skills, including stakeholder management

· Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, including making recommendations on how the organization can improve performance based on financial data

· Demonstrate problem solving skills, including analyzing information and making reasoned decisions based on analysis

· Microsoft Office knowledge, including the use of various programs to perform daily tasks

· Advanced English

Preferred:

· Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other Advanced degree

· Advanced handling of Excel

· Experience using data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc. and data analysis tools such as SAP, Anaplan, etc.

· Learning agility, including the integration of new knowledge and experiences quickly

· Experience with regions outside LATAM
