We are searching for the best talent for KAM Manager.

Purpose: Drive partnership and value with multiple stakeholders and customers in the specific region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop J&J to be a strategic partner including long-term stakeholder management and value creation activities.
  • Commercial responsibility for the account(s)/region/country as agreed with KAM Director.
  • Establish relationships with the Sales- Marketing- and Value Creation organizations and collectively coordinate activities with them.
  • Coordinate involvement of internal stakeholders including supply chain, HEMA, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence and more.
  • Lead the Integrated Account Team (IAT) and be responsible for account planning including milestone plan for a one and three-year period.
  • Lead value creation development and solution execution in the region.
  • Be responsible for tender shaping strategy in the region together with Sales Management.
  • Integrate health economics to create overall value-based proposition for commercial Agreements.
  • Set strategic priorities for the region with alignment from Sales Management.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with external customers and stakeholders in the region. Internal Sales Management and Supply Chain.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Professional degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering , or Economy is required.
  • Post graduate studies in Management or Marketing are preferred.
  • At least six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in Sales/ Commercial positions is required.
  • Experience in strategic accounts in Bogota in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry is required.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills are required.
  • Experience in project management and process-oriented work is required.
  • Strong customer and external environment orientation is required.
  • Ability to connect and lead without formal authority a diverse group of business stakeholders is required.
  • Good written and spoken English is preferred.
  • At least four (4) to six (6) years of experience leading Commercial Teams is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% is required.
