Responsibilities

  • Own and execute of projects and processes aligned with the Surgery Supply Chain strategy using digital tools.
  • Able to independently drive digital initiatives for Surgery Supply Chain and automation projects leveraging tools like Python, Power BI, KNIME and other AI assisted productivity tools like Copilot.
  • Should demonstrate proficiency/expertise in using Advance Supply chain planning tools like APO DP, OMP.
  • Should be able to maintain system hygiene, set up master’s data, conduct DQT for accurate and reliable system output. Drive planning system adoption.
  • Should have working knowledge to Data lakes and Data warehouses. Be able to set up ETL operations for planning reports and data governance. Ability to manage and interpret large datasets and translate into business insights. Also have knowledge system interfaces or multi system data flows.
  • Accountable for SC performance metrices (Forecast accuracy, customer service and cashflow) targets. Should be able to derive insights, identify risks and take actions for performance improvements.
  • Participate monthly Demand Planning cycles across APAC markets, including baseline generation and Market Intelligence alignments. Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forums as per need.
  • Participate in short term exception management/STEM forums with markets to ensure customer service and supply reliability. Action corrective measures. Conduct inventory entitlement and safety stocks set ups for markets.

Proficiencies

  • Digital mindset with bias towards automation. Deployed digital projects using minimal cost, scalable tools & solutions available through JNJ enterprise IT applications.
  • Analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, Ability to chain data for data analysis and visualization.
  • Good understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Qualifications:

  • STEM Graduates or Postgraduates with expertise in Business/Data Analytics or related fields
  • Knowledge/Certifications in Supply chain preferred

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in supply chain planning & operations
  • Experience in using Advanced Planning system like OMP/ APO DP
  • Experience in digital automation and data analytics

Digital Skills:

  • Experience/Expertise in ERP (SAP) & Advance Planning Systems (APO/OMP), CDL and BW.
  • Digital & Automation tools: Python, Power BI, KNIME, Power Automate
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, other LLMs)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
