We are searching for the best talent for Executive Administrative Assistant.

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager for the Middle East & Africa region of a leading MedTech organization.

This is a critical role within the leadership office, requiring exceptional organizational capability, discretion, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively across a fast-paced, multicultural, and highly matrixed environment.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, ensuring seamless coordination of executive priorities, regional activities, leadership engagements, and operational rhythms across multiple countries and time zones.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys enabling senior leadership teams to operate at their best.

You will be responsible for:

Executive Support

  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, visas, accommodation, and logistics.

  • Prioritize meetings and appointments aligned with business priorities.

  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and briefing documents.

  • Screen and manage communications on behalf of the General Manager with professionalism and discretion.

  • Track key actions, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure execution.

Leadership & Regional Coordination

  • Support coordination of regional leadership meetings, town halls, workshops, and business reviews.

  • Assist in planning leadership events, customer engagements, and regional conferences.

  • Coordinate across multiple functions and markets within the Middle East & Africa region.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership teams.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Process expenses, purchase orders, and administrative documentation accurately and on time.

  • Support onboarding coordination for new leadership team members where required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and organizational information.

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.

  • Provide ad hoc support on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience/Required Skills:

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years’ Experience in healthcare preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with enthusiasm and determined to succeed in Customer Focus, innovation and self-confidence.

  • Language: Ability to Speak fluent English and Arabic is a plus.
