Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Protégé – Market Access

Purpose:

The Protégé – Market Access will support the Market Access team in Malaysia, gaining hands-on exposure to patient access programmes, pricing, tender processes, and compliance activities.

This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient execution of market access operations, strong collaboration with external partners, and adherence to organisational and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the oversight of Patient Access Programmes (PAP) by coordinating with outsourced partners to ensure compliance, performance, and timely execution
  • Monitoring programme performance and contributing to regular reporting, including monthly and quarterly analysis for commercial and finance stakeholders
  • Assisting in the management of tender processes, including preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information, including tracking adjustments, discounts, and reimbursement considerations
  • Supporting the management of global pricing platforms by ensuring data accuracy, system updates, and user support for internal stakeholders
  • Compiling and organising documentation for audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
  • Supporting legal and contractual processes related to market access activities, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and strengthen market access capabilities

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality
  • Proactive mindset with strong learning agility and interest in market access, healthcare systems, and patient affordability
