We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Biosurgery Sales Consultant – for Wallonia.

Your Role

As a Biosurgery Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our biosurgery portfolio in Wallonia. You thrive on building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and expanding our presence in hospitals and clinics. Your work directly supports our mission to improve surgical care and patient safety. In this role, you are expected to be present in the operating theatre on a daily basis, providing hands-on support, expert guidance, and product training to surgical teams during procedures. This close collaboration ensures optimal use of our biosurgery solutions and strengthens relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business and expand relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital logistics teams.
  • Deliver hands-on product training and expert advice to surgeons, specialists, nurses, and OR management.
  • Advise on the optimal use of our biosurgery products across a wide range of surgical procedures, with frequent in‑OR presence to support clinical decision-making in real time.
  • Analyse sales data and proactively adjust your strategies to achieve optimal results.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Surgery and Johnson & Johnson within your region.
  • Collaborate closely with the Wound Closure & Biosurgery team (8 sales consultants, 1 business development manager, and a sales manager).

Requirements

  • Senior sales experience in the medical sector (ideally 3+ years), or mid-level with strong ambition to grow.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Independent, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
  • Valid driver’s license (B).
  • Knowledge of the hospital landscape in Wallonia is a strong asset.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€51,200.00 - €80,155.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
