The Senior Manager – Supply Risk Management is responsible for advancing and deploying supply risk management capabilities across the Procurement function. This role strengthens supply base resilience by refining risk processes, embedding supply risk practices into core procurement workflows, and shaping the digital supply risk product capability strategy in partnership with digital business process owners, governance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and continuously improve supply risk management processes and capabilities to strengthen resilience across the supply base.
- Integrate supply risk strategy, processes, and solutions into existing procurement workflows, with a focus on supplier management and category excellence.
- Design and evolve the digital supply risk product capability strategy in partnership with digital product owners, ensuring alignment between business requirements, process design, and product roadmap priorities.
- Lead change management and communications for supply risk capabilities in partnership with key process owners to drive organizational adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supply risk processes within IMSC Procurement and as a core contributor to process development and champion enablement.
- Establish and lead fit-for-purpose supply risk governance within IMSC Procurement in partnership with key function including value chain, quality, planning.
- Represent the Supply Risk Management program as a liaison across interdependent processes and on relevant risk governance forums.
- Provide input on solution requirements based on process gaps and business needs,and help define where available solutions should be deployed.
