We are searching for the best talent for Outbound Lead position.
Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice, while demonstrating leadership skills such as metric management, performance tracking, and team guidance to support operational effectiveness. Helps analyze and maintain records for critical technical subject matter expertise overseeing and monitoring all key performance measures, goals, and objectives related to customer-specific warehouse and distribution needs and requirements. Interprets comprehensive summarization reports for technical recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancement of best practices.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintains front-line technical project plans and delegation of key assignments within the within the department for customer-specific warehouse and distribution needs and requirements.
- Advances warehouse delivery scheduling and flow into the warehouse database to ensure smooth product processing and movement.
- Helps review procedures for warehousing pick and pull, including wave picking, batch picking, and zone picking, to ensure efficient product out-the-door movement and quick cycle times.
- Utilizes technical expertise to support product forecasting into the warehouse by analyzing data-driven customer product history and recommending future product ordering processes to management.
- Helps with the technical aspects of warehousing and distribution solutions and develops new ideas for continuous improvement, tailored to specific customer’s supply chain delivery needs.
- Applies stringent monitoring of product availability on an ongoing basis, reviewing key performance measures established by management to help ensure core targets and objectives are being met.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Education
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Experience in driving and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with reviewing and supporting HR-related processes within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of SAP systems.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
