We are searching for the best talent for an Insights & Analytics Lead position based in Titusville, New Jersey..

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Insights & Analytics Lead within the External Manufacturing Center of Excellence (EM CoE) is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the Synthetics Manufacturing External network.

This role drives the development of coordinated insights, reporting capabilities, and digital analytics solutions to support portfolio management, performance visibility, and strategic decision-making aligned with IMSC priorities.

The role partners closely with PPM/PMO leadership, Site Leads, and cross-functional partners to ensure data quality, standardization, and scalability of analytics across the EM ecosystem. The position leads a complex landscape of reporting tools, data sources, and partner requirements, and plays a meaningful role in translating data into actionable business insights.

There is a pre-identified candidate for this position, but all candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS:

Translate sophisticated data sets into actionable insights to support EM and IMSC leadership decision-making

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across portfolio, financial, operational, and performance data

Develope coordinated views across EM, IM, and platform-level reporting

REPORTING & VISUALIZATION:

Own and evolve EM reporting frameworks including portfolio reporting, G&Os, and performance dashboards

Develop, build, and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI and other visualization platforms

Drive standardization and simplification of reporting across multiple systems and partners

Digital & data ecosystem management:

Support and optimize EM digital tools including reporting platforms, QuickBase applications, and data pipelines

Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems

Partner with IT and business teams to enhance automation and reduce manual reporting efforts

Ppm / pmo support:

Partner closely with the PPM Portfolio Leader to enable portfolio reporting and analytics

Support JU/LRFP cycles, data locks, and portfolio reviews

Translate portfolio data into clear, leadership-ready insights for governance forums

Capability building & continuous improvement:

Define and evolve future-state analytics capabilities for the EM CoE

Support training and adoption of reporting tools across partners

Find opportunities to improve processes, tools, and data integration across the analytics landscape

Minimum Qualification

  • Minimally BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; Graduate degree preferred

  • Required Years of Related Experience: 2+ years in analytics, reporting, data management, or related roles, manufacturing experience a plus

  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms)

  • Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, or PMO/PPM environments preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets and translate insights into business actions

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

79,000- 120,700

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
