Job Description:

Do you want to start your career in one of the world’s leading life-science companies, Johnson & Johnson? We are looking for an early-career candidate who is eager to join our Gastroenterology team and help serve patients living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in a field-based role.

The Key Account Manager combines relationship‑building with commercial and scientific thinking to address healthcare challenges and improve patients’ lives.

As part of our Gastroenterology team, you’ll contribute directly to improving the lives of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) while gaining hands‑on experience in a highly strategic therapeutic area. What you will do

  • Build strong, trust‑based partnerships with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem

  • Lead customer meetings in the field and use our innovative portfolio to deliver solutions that create real value for patients and healthcare providers.

  • Identify and maximize business opportunities while building long‑term customer value across key Finnish accounts.

  • Use both commercial and scientific insights to support the development of tactical plans and contribute to impactful cross‑functional projects.

Who we’re looking for

  • Recent graduate (BSc/MSc/MBA or equivalent). Early‑career candidates with up to a few years’ experience are encouraged to apply, and we actively encourage applications from candidates with diverse academic and professional backgrounds.

  • Passionate, result-oriented and customer-focused.

  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across functions.

  • Natural relationship builder, able to influence key stakeholders and navigate complex healthcare environments,

  • Entrepreneurial and service-design mindset, ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results.

  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive environment

  • Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and projects.

  • Fluency in Finnish and English.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Finland are required.

  • Eligible to work in Finland.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€46.800,00 - €75.095,00

Benefits:

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions. Moreover, we offer vacation days, parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well-being reimbursement, programs for financial, physical and mental health.
