  • Orchestrate delivery with external service providers and internal teams - planning work, managing dependencies, ensuring quality, and driving timely release execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers and learning leaders to shape the training and learning capability roadmap, including platform modernization, learn ecosystem evolution, analytics, personalization, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities where appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain platform governance: standards, change control, documentation, release management, environment strategy, and operational runbooks.
  • Own testing and quality practices (UAT coordination, regression testing, validation approach as applicable) and ensure stable operations post-release through monitoring and incident/problem management.
  • Build enablement assets and drive adoption: admin guides, job aids, communications, office hours, community of practice forums and training for learning operations and support teams.
  • Define and track service performance metrics (availability, request volumes, cycle times, defect trends, learner/admin satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytical and stakeholder leadership skills; able to influence in a matrix and drive progress across multiple time zones.
  • Strong understanding of managing learning technologies in a regulated environment, including general understanding of GxP requirements and supporting audits and inspections.
