Senior Manager, MTSC Transformation APAC will lead governance, execution and value realization activities delivering Supply Chain MTSC Optimization agenda.
This role is responsible for ensuring APAC MTSC Optimization strategy and execution, savings targets, structure assumptions, and transformation initiatives remain credible, aligned, governed, and executable across the enterprise.
The position serves as the central governance and challenge function for MT Optimize, partnering closely with transformation leadership, network strategy, finance, logistics, procurement, commercial, regional and global counterparts and stakeholders to ensure optimization initiatives deliver sustainable enterprise value.
The role requires both strategy and execution –
Optimization governance, commitment integrity, prioritization, executive decision support, and value realization management;
Lead and drive execution, ensuring on time deliverables against KPIs and financials.
The role will also be a partner and support transformation initiatives, including effective and impactful Orthopedics separation whilst accountable to ensure APAC MTSC continues to transform, optimize towards a simplified, efficient and effective organization whilst ensuring growth, service and costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MT Optimize Governance and Execution
- Lead governance processes supporting the enterprise MT Optimize agenda
- Maintain oversight of optimization commitments, savings assumptions, and structure alignment
- Establish governance mechanisms to validate initiative feasibility, dependencies, and execution readiness
- Drive prioritization and challenge processes across optimization initiatives
- Lead and drive projects and deliverables, ensuring overall MT Optimize agenda and targets remains intact
Value Realization & Commitment Integrity
- Monitor optimization commitments and value realization progress
- Ensure consistency and integrity across savings assumptions, operational impacts, and deployment plans
- Partner with finance and functional stakeholders to validate optimization opportunities and risks
- Support enterprise tracking of cost, inventory, productivity, and operational benefits
Executive Decision Support
- Prepare executive optimization reviews and governance materials
- Provide structured analysis and recommendations supporting enterprise prioritization decisions
- Support escalation management and trade-off discussions across initiatives

QUALIFICATION
Minimum Required Experience
- Bachelor of Business / Science / Engineering / Supply Chain
- Master of Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, finance, consulting or operational optimization
- Proven experience in leading Logistics / Operations / Plan / Make and delivering transformational initiatives
- Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities
- Must have regional experience in managing large-scale transformation or optimization initiatives
- Problem solving mentality and “can do” attitude. Able to analyze multiple data sources in high pressure environments to give prompt recommendations & solutions
- Ability to influence across complex matrix organizations
- Strong communication skills, ability to articulate and simplify situation and issues with clear actions to all stakeholders to instill trust and confidence
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and drive execution in highly matrixed environments, effective in working in a “pod” environment
Preferred Experience
- MedTech, healthcare, pharma or complex regulated industry experience
- Exposure to network optimization or supply chain transformation initiatives
- Experience in value realization, transformation governance, or operational strategy
- Experience supporting business separations, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs
- Exposure to network optimization, supply chain strategy, or ERP transformation programs
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ADKAR certification is desirable
