Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), prescribers, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including increasing hospital listings and account penetration
  • Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and scientific detailing to engage customers effectively
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, performance tracking, and market intelligence reporting
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and partnership
  • Navigate and monitor tender, e-bidding, and hospital procurement processes to identify risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and access teams to optimize product performance
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • 2–3 years of experience as Medical Representative, Product Specialist, or Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Immunology portfolio and hybrid territory coverage is preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
