You will shape a scalable framework for content governance, ownership, and lifecycle management while partnering closely with regional and local ERLR leads, the ServiceNow content team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, in scope, globally aligned, and optimized for AI-enabled experiences, including Copilot.

This role is critical to improving content quality, consistency, findability, and long-term sustainability across regions.

You will help create a content ecosystem that supports a clear employee experience, strong governance, and responsible adoption of AI, while ensuring local requirements are appropriately reflected within a globally coherent model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit ERLR articles and knowledge content to determine what should be retained, updated, consolidated, or retired.
  • Assess whether content is in or out of scope and liaise with other functions to transition content back to the appropriate owners when needed.
  • Define clear ownership for content, including assignment groups, regional points of contact, and escalation paths.
  • Establish and maintain a sustainable content governance model, including clear review cycles, accountability standards, and long-term maintenance processes.
  • Harmonize articles globally by identifying what can be standardized while ensuring local and regional nuances are appropriately captured.
  • Ensure content is structured, formatted, and tagged to support AI-readiness, searchability, and effective use in Copilot and related AI-enabled experiences.
  • Centralize employee-facing and ERLR knowledge content through intuitive index and landing pages, including ongoing maintenance of the global ERLR asset page.
  • Coordinate closely with regional and local ERLR leads, the ServiceNow content team, and Osprey content support to align priorities and execution.
  • Serve as a content subject matter expert for strategic initiatives, providing project support and guidance on governance, structure, and rollout readiness.
  • Lead communication and rollout planning for new content standards, governance processes, and AI-enabled ways of working, ensuring stakeholder alignment, adoption, and measurable follow-through.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in content management, knowledge management, operations, HR content, or a related field in a complex global organization.
  • Proven ability to conduct content audits, establish governance, define ownership models, and manage article lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working across regions and functions, with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management capability, with a proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting communications and rollout planning.
  • Comfortable working with enterprise content platforms such as ServiceNow and collaborating with technical and content operations teams.
  • Demonstrated fluency with Copilot and other AI tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly and effectively within content management workflows.
  • Exposure to change management, or transformation programs involving content and governance.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Employee & Labor Relations, HR, policy, or employee-facing knowledge content.
  • Familiarity of AI-ready content principles, including structured formatting, tagging, and optimization for AI-assisted search and drafting.
