The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a Product Manager to join our Electrophysiology Team.

This fantastic opportunity will shape and deliver integrated marketing and launch strategies for product, capital equipment, and procedure portfolios in medical devices, leveraging clinical expertise. The role is also responsible for leading product and procedure training, dynamic forecasting and inventory management, and sales-facing technical support—ensuring CAPEX alignment, regulatory compliance, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated product and capital-equipment marketing and launch strategies to grow units, profitability, and market share, including optimizing New Product Introductions.
  • Manage dynamic forecasting, inventory and CAPEX alignment by analyzing sales trends and partnering with supply chain and finance.
  • Design and deliver product‑ and procedure‑focused professional education (face‑to‑face and digital) to influence behavior and upskill Sales and clinical stakeholders.
  • Provide sales-facing technical support and create internal processes, tools and customer solutions that strengthen commercial partnerships.
  • Ensure regulatory, ethical and health & safety compliance—model company conduct, coach teams, and support governance and safety objectives.

About You

  • Product launch & strategic marketing experience required
  • Clinical and technical expertise will be good to have
  • Forecasting & advanced Excel analysis are essential
  • KOL/stakeholder management and training delivery preferred
  • Compliance awareness & strong communication is a must
