We are searching for the best talent for Project Osprey – KR Supply Chain Warehouse PMO based in Seoul.

Purpose:

This role will lead the Korea Supply Chain workstream for Project Osprey with a focused scope on warehouse set-up and ERP readiness for the legal entity separation of Orthopedic business.
The primary objective is to ensure Day 1 readiness of warehouse operations, SAP/ERP configuration, master data, testing, cutover, and related operational processes required to enable stable execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in warehouse operations, ERP deployment, and cross-functional project execution.

You will be responsible for:

- Warehouse Set-up & Operational Readiness

  • Lead local warehouse set-up activities for the new legal entity, including operational process design, SOP alignment, and readiness tracking
  • Coordinate warehouse-related business requirements with internal stakeholders and external partners such as 3PL service providers
  • Ensure warehouse operations are ready for Day 1, including inbound, storage, inventory handling, outbound, IT infrastructure, and issue resolution processes
  • Support implementation of quality agreements, SOPs, and local compliance requirements

- ERP Readiness & System Deployment

  • Lead local execution of ERP readiness including SAP configuration alignment, master data preparation, and interface validation
  • Coordinate system testing, UAT, cutover preparation, and Hypercare support for Day 1 go-live
  • Resolve system gaps with IT and business stakeholders and ensure readiness of warehouse-related transactions
  • Ensure readiness of related IT tools (e.g., order management systems, connected applications)

Qualifications / Requirements:

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, ERP deployment, or supply chain project management
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and experience in new warehouse set-up or transition
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP and related warehouse/SCM systems
  • Proven experience leading warehouse set-up, ERP implementation, or operational readiness projects
  • Fluent in English

Preferred

  • Experience in Orthopedic or medical device industry
  • Experience in legal entity separation, M&A, or spin-off projects
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
  • Experience in global/regional ERP deployment or transformation programs
