Job Description:

This role is dedicated to advancing therapy management for JnJ approved products. As a field-based specialist, the employee will work directly with healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in administering and managing treatment.

The role centers on providing education, guidance, and support throughout the patient treatment journey, including distribution of best practices for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities predominantly include being the main point of contact towards nurses regarding treatment management, facilitating educational sessions, and undertaking projects and additional tasks related to treatment.

The role also includes Key Account Management for selected accounts, including delivering clinic presentations to share on-label data to physicians with objective to meet sales targets for the products whilst ensuring that all account activities are aligned with JnJ brand strategy and local customer needs.

The purpose of the Key Account Manager is to maximize the business value, both long-term and short-term, in the designated district by coordinating and optimizing cross-functional interactions with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities (approximately 60-70% of role, all accounts in scope) include the following:

  • Provide educational support and guidance to healthcare professionals on treatment management.

  • Proactively and hands-on assist clinics in the administration and management of the initial phase of therapy, ensuring a positive experience for both health care professionals and patients.

  • Respond rapidly and flexibly to clinic and HCP needs, including frequent weekly travel and support on short notice.

  • Execute and contribute to projects related to therapy management, including tailoring and maintaining current educational assets.

  • Continuously and compliantly collaborate with cross-functional team to shape local strategy and execution

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with healthcare teams and stakeholders.

  • Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.

Secondary responsibilities (approximately 30-40% of role, selected accounts in scope) include the following:

  • Act as the Key Account Manager for selected accounts and engage in continuous dialogue to create value for patients, customers and JnJ.

  • Drive sales and Business results in the designated account territory: analyze territory/account sales data and customer insights to develop and drive account plans in close collaboration with the cross functional in-field team and CVT and in alignment with the country business strategy and brand plans.

  • Ownership of account planning for selected accounts in collaboration with cross-functional team. Work according to JnJ account management principles, reporting accordingly, and following up on agreed plans to find innovative solutions for customers.

  • Deliver on-label product presentations (sales campaign) during clinic visits towards physicians - to support appropriate utilization of JnJ products.

The specialist will be required to travel frequently & must be flexible to visit and support clinics on short notice as needs arise. Adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster professional relationships with healthcare providers are essential for success in this role.

Required Competencies:

Hard competencies

  • Academic degree in natural sciences, business administration or similar fields

  • LIF graduation is required for those who have not completed natural sciences studies

  • 2-4 years of work experience in comparable roles is preferred

  • Valid driving license required

  • Strong skills in Microsoft office required

  • High proficiency in Swedish required

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English required

  • Prior experience from project management

  • Prior experience from account management and stakeholder management.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

kr524.000,00 - kr842.950,00
