Job Description:

Role Summary

This role drives successful, sustainable marketing strategy and programs for Neurovascular products with a view to gain significant share in the core market. In this respect, it is a critical and visible role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • . The main strategic imperative is based on creating a differentiated value offer through enabling our customers to improve their performance.
  • . Partners with sales team to execute the area marketing plan.
  • . Understand customer pain points, concerns and requirements and positions of our brands in right place.
  • . Understand competitor offerings, their strengths and weaknesses, and develop counter-positioning strategies to win against competition and acquire new customer accounts
  • . Drive development and engagement of Advocates, reference sites, proof points and testimonials
  • . Proactively engage internal colleagues and external partners as well as customers with hands-on approach
  • . Help sales teams to speed up and win new placement deals through conducting educational activities and other promotional initiatives that drive customer engagement according to the marketing plan
  • . Help to ensure sales & marketing capability in the organization via providing trainings on products as well as sales & marketing
  • . Help provide guidance and support for instrument evaluations, tender documentation preparation, development of proof sources etc.
  • . Facilitate communication from global and areas, ensuring local sales teams are aware and familiar with the latest information
  • . Understands voice of customers and communicates local market needs back to the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Fluency in English
  • Significant experience in Medical Device or MedTech marketing/product management, preferably in Neurovascular or related therapeutic areas.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
  • Demonstrated alignment with J&J Credo values and leadership expectations.
