In Surgery, we partner with clinicians and healthcare systems to improve outcomes, increase efficiency, and expand patient access to care.

Are you passionate about improving and expanding the possibilities of surgery? Ready to join a team that’s reimagining how we heal? Our Surgery team delivers advanced technologies and digital solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland.

We are seeking a commercially minded and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the Veraseal, Ethizia and Patient Blood Management strategies within Biosurgery. The role will focus on accelerating market growth, strengthening clinical and commercial engagement, and translating strategy into clear execution across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Veraseal and Ethizia Strategy:

  • Deliver Veraseal and Ethizia growth: Define and execute focused Veraseal and Ethizia strategies that accelerate adoption, expand technology penetration and support profitable, above-market growth across the UK Biosurgery portfolio.

  • Increase competitive share: Identify and convert opportunities for share gain, product upgrades and account-level growth through clear prioritisation, strong sales execution and targeted customer engagement.

  • Strengthen pharmacy and market influence: Build high-impact partnerships with pharmacy stakeholders, KOLs and relevant societies, with measurable outcomes including targeted pharmacy engagement plans, access and formulary progress, stronger clinical and economic value messaging, and momentum in priority accounts.

  • Turn insight into commercial action: Use market, customer and competitor intelligence to refine strategy, improve field execution and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Patient Blood Management Strategy:

  • Advance the UK Patient Blood Management agenda: Develop and deliver a clear UK strategy that drives market awareness, strengthens customer relevance and supports Biosurgery growth priorities.

  • Drive awareness and adoption through KOL collaboration: Partner with key opinion leaders, clinical advocates and cross-functional teams to build advocacy, share best practice and accelerate adoption of Patient Blood Management initiatives across priority accounts.

  • Mobilise cross-functional impact: Lead the Patient Blood Management IAT as the Directly Responsible Individual, aligning internal partners behind clear priorities, ownership and measurable outcomes.

  • Embed scalable market programmes: Launch, measure and optimise Patient Blood Management initiatives that increase engagement, build momentum and create sustainable impact in the UK market.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven ability to deliver commercial outcomes in healthcare marketing, sales or commercial roles.

  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment and the drivers of medical technology adoption.

  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with sales teams, clinical customers, KOLs and cross-functional partners.

  • Confident communicator who can simplify complexity, influence stakeholders and present clear recommendations.

  • Able to lead through influence, prioritise effectively and build credible clinical, procedural and product expertise.
