Key Responsibilities - In this assignment you will:

  • Support strategic projects in the area of Data or Decision Sciences
  • Analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across countries and teams
  • Prepare materials for senior stakeholders and leadership discussions
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and markets
  • Drive significant impact by enabling better decisions via data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business or Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to structure thinking and communicate clearly
  • Ability to analyse complex data
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Comfortable with the use of AI
  • Fluent in English C1 level
