Key Responsibilities:
In this operational role you will manage transportation activities focusing on optimizing service levels, contractual relationships, and proactive management of transportation activities throughout the EMEA region
· Conducts Monthly Business Reviews with transport providers
· Monitors Carriers weekly/monthly performance against agreed SLAs
· Works closely with the Sourcing Team to ensure Carrier Contracts and SLAs are in place
· Key Contact point for all Transport related queries and escalations.
· Proactively working with Carriers and DC teams to reduce/avoid customer impacting issues – and reacting immediately to any issues that will result in delivery delays – ensuring timely communication to Customer Service teams as well as RCCA with the Carriers.
· Partners cross-functionally with customer service, warehouse, and transportation teams to resolve/achieve targets.
· Supports the Deliver team in day to day operational, process and system improvement activities
· Supports resolution of SAP IDOC errors, work with IT and BPX teams on resolution of inventory sync issues.
Experience, skills & proficiencies required:
· Extensive experience leading distribution centres and 3rd party logistics providers.
· College degree in management preferable.
· Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.
· Demonstrated evidence of driving customer experience.
· Excellent collaborator; strong on partnering, partner management and effective interpersonal skills at all levels within a company

€42,400.00 - €67,965.00Benefits:
