Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst located in Taguig, Philippines to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the Global Services business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis support for forecast and actuals cycles (variance explanations, financial reporting and closing processes, headcount tracking)
  • Lead the preparation of presentation materials for forecast updates and quarterly results packages to business partners
  • Supports period-closing activities - this includes accruals estimations & validation, fixed asset transactions and executing intercompany cross-charges.
  • Ensure consistency in approach across all regions in close partnership with Global Functions FP&A team, while maintaining a strong financial control environment from a SOX & Statutory perspective
  • Master data management
  • Sustain an environment that drives innovation, continuous improvement, maximizing existing solutions and developing new capabilities in response to emerging business needs
  • Other closing and reporting activities
  • Ad hoc global and regional initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred

REQUIRED:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills and fluent in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, Formulas, LOOKUP functions)
  • Knowledge in Macros is preferred
  • Willing to work on hybrid set-up

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization
  • Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record, dealing with ambiguity, and intellectual curiosity
  • Innovates and effects continuous improvement, challenges status quo, and has a strong interest in automation
  • Successful experience of working with virtual teams

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable Professional certification of ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA preferred
