Job Description:

Role Title: Graduate Business Support Specialist

Role Type: Full-Time

Location: Kuwait

Contract: 1 Year

Position Summary

The role supports the Inside Sales team by coordinating administrative and operational activities to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality execution of sales processes. The position contributes to market analysis, sales planning, and marketing initiatives while helping to evaluate new technologies and improve commercial operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the individual will support brand communication efforts, contribute to business objectives, and uphold Johnson & Johnson’s values and leadership principles. This is an entry-level opportunity design for motivated graduates with strong communication skills, learning agility, and an interest in healthcare and commercial operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Performs tasks for the support function of the Inside Sales unit, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

  • Reviews market drivers and constraints to help identify impacts on the demand for products and services.

  • Helps test new capabilities and technologies and enhances sales team operations in alignment with business objectives.

  • Contributes to planning sessions and facilitates sales development and marketing solutions.

  • Supports the brand development team in the design of messages for target audiences.

  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Eligibility

  • Nationality Requirement: Applicants must hold Kuwaiti nationality to be considered for this role.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Experience: Entry level – no previous experience required. Fresh graduates with strong potential and learning agility will be considered.

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English & Arabic.

  • Digital knowledge is an advantage.

  • Energetic approach and enthusiasm for learning new skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.

  • Self-motivation and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to group efforts.
